1. Go to the extra pilates class I can take tomorrow
2. Do on of the following things if I want to eat outside of my plan again:/
-paint nails
-wear retainers
-do sit ups
-read
-ring a friend
3. Eat according to plan so that I can feel calm and my Mum will know I’m not upset like she did on the phone today
