Life is a great and wondrous mystery, and the only thing we know that we have for sure is what is right here right now. Don’t miss it.

I love this quote! It is good to understand the past and the present, but the overall conclusion is that I have AN eating disorder- it shouldn’t matter which one- especially as there are very few sufferers that only ever experience one type of disorder. So I’m going to accept what I have and appreciate the good non-ed parts of my existence, however small and fleeting they sometimes are!
Incredible quote, and so true. Life often gets overshadowed by an ED. Its time we begin to live in and enjoy the moment. Life is too short to define your happiness by a number (I haven’t full accepted this someday, but I see it in my future)
Sending you love, thanks for sharing this inspiration, xx.
I just thought it was appropriate! I love quotes 🙂 x

Exactly. You are suffering and worthy of help regardless of any external labels or weights or other competitive ‘measures’ of sickness. You don’t need to justify what ‘other sufferers’ feel – you just need to recognise your pain and move through it to your recovery. 🙂
