Plan for tomorrow 

Just so it’s in black and white, this is what I will do when I get up:

-do Physio exercises

-write that birthday card for z

-do some sit ups

-wrapping for bday present 

Through the day:

-start my essay (whhhyyyyy?! 😂)

-read a little bit 

-exercise class @ 8.25

-meet friends

-visit godparents

-choreo
