This blog began during a period when I felt like nobody was willing/ able to help me. Going in and out of different doctors, counsellors etc and basically finding nobody who seemed to genuinely care left me feeling lonely and stuck. Then, somone encouraged me to articulate and share my thoughts instead of keeping them trapped inside & I started to write.
Some of my entries are happy, others are angry, sad, depressed, stressed, anxious, but all of them have helped me, even if only on a tiny scale, to let me breathe for a moment. My blog is my way of trying to get on with my life, while I try to deal with anxiety, an eating disorder, depression, and obsessive/ compulsive behaviour.
